Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch,
whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, refund will be initiated to the original payment
method within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to blocking of COD
option for that customer

Legal Clause

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our
Cancellation, Policies.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh (India) only
