Terms and condition

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Kisaan Farm House, under which the brand “Organics Kisaan” is operated. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Nature & Claims

All products are prepared using traditional Vaidik methods.

We do not claim our products to be A2-certified, Organic-certified, or FSSAI health supplements.

The word “Organics” in our brand name is purely nomenclature and does not imply any organic certification.

Our products are sold under valid FSSAI registration/licensing, wherever applicable, in
compliance with food safety regulations.

2. Product Representation

Images, videos, advertisements, and packaging materials shown on website/social media are for illustrative purposes only.

Actual product color, texture, or packaging may vary slightly, without affecting quality or safety.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment through accepted payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order in case of non-availability, incorrect pricing, or regulatory restrictions.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Kisaan Farm House is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or natural causes
beyond our control.

5. Usage Restrictions

Products are meant for personal consumption/use only, not for unauthorized resale.

Any resale or misuse of products without written consent of Kisaan Farm House may invite legal action under applicable laws.

6. Food Safety & Consumer Rights

Our products comply with relevant FSSAI standards and labeling guidelines to the best of our knowledge and licensing.

Customers are advised to check the product label, storage instructions, and expiry date before use.

In case of any quality or safety concern, customers may contact us directly, or approach the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for grievance redressal.

7. Jurisdiction & Amendments

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh (India) only.

Kisaan Farm House / Organics Kisaan reserves the right to revise or update these Terms &
Conditions without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws
